Reno, NV (February, 2022)– The industrial team at Avison Young Reno is pleased to announce a long-term lease between Industrial Outdoor Ventures “IOV” and Equipment Share, at 3223 Mill Street Reno, Nevada. IOV had recently acquired the former dealership and with the planned upgrades to the facility, Equipment Share will be utilizing it as an Industrial service center to support its rental and fleet operations in Northern Nevada.
The 33,962 square foot facility sits upon 3.6 paved acres and is strategically located in the most central point of the Reno - Sparks basin, Mill St is just North of the Reno Tahoe Airport and 2 blocks south east from Interstate 80 & 580 interchange. Northern Nevada is the gateway to the West and the market is exploding with growth across all sectors.
