SPECULATIVE INVESTMENTS

Existing Buildings: Vacant assets (or soon to be) which require minimal or significant physical value-add in areas with proven outdoor storage demand. These opportunities can include existing facilities as described above or functionally challenged buildings that require significant demo/rehab and repurposing.

Ground-up Construction: Strategically located land sites in areas where truck terminal and equipment parking, storage, or maintenance demand is not being met.  

STABILIZED ASSET ACQUISITIONS

Industrial Outdoor acquires both long-term and short-term leased asset investments on a one-off or portfolio basis.

BUILD-To-SUIT & ACQUIRE-To-SUIT PROGRAMS
