10.98 Acre Yard Buy Signals IOV’s Further Expansion In Dallas/Fort Worth

Dallas, TX (October 4, 2022)—Industrial Outdoor Ventures has expanded its presence in the Dallas/Fort Worth marketplace with another acquisition, the 10.98-acre ISF at 3500 Valley View Lane, Irving, TX which represents a prime in-fill location. The Seller was a private investor, and the terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

IOV’s sixth asset in DFW, features a 4,534-square-foot maintenance shop with three drive-thru service bays, and a 2,390-square-foot office building on the premises.

Just two miles from DFW Airport, we expect this site to generate incredible demand.”

The asset is currently fully occupied on a short-term seller lease back and will be available for lease in early 2023. The ISF is ideally suited for an equipment rental/maintenance facility or laydown/storage yard for building and related materials.

Davidson Bogel Real Estate will be marketing the property for lease.
