DALLAS, TX (August 19, 2022)—Industrial Outdoor Ventures (IOV) has expanded its presence in the Dallas marketplace with the acquisition of an ISF at 3918 Telephone Rd. in a prime in-fill location. IOV now owns five assets in Dallas. The Seller was a private investor. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The well-located ISF features a 13.6-acre storage yard and two newly constructed buildings, completed in 2021, which total 8,914 square feet. The maintenance shop, equipped with three drive-in doors, totals 5,203 square feet. The office building totals 3,711 square feet.
