POMPANO BEACH, FL (August 12, 2021) – Industrial Outdoor Ventures (IOV), the first national real estate investor focused exclusively on outdoor storage facilities, has added a 4.03-acre development site to its expanding portfolio.
Located at 1801 Northwest 15th Ave in Pompano Beach, Zoned I-1, IOV plans to immediately build a Class A truck parking facility paved with asphalt, curbed, fenced, lit, and striped for 97 trailer positions.
The property’s location was a main driver for the acquisition. “Pompano Beach is centrally located for industrial users to easily and effectively serve markets from Miami to West Palm Beach,” said IOV’s Vice President, Eric Johnson.
The seller was Pompano Equipment Repair Corp.
This is the third acquisition the team has made in Florida over the last 24 months. IOV also owns 3732 Bryn Mawr St, Orlando, FL, a 63 door cross-dock truck terminal fully leased to ABF Freight, and 4651 Dyer Blvd, Riviera Beach, FL, a 8,702 square-foot maintenance shop fully leased to LUCID Motors.
Industrial Service Facilities (ISF) are low coverage, mission critical facilities that are used to support supply chains in the storage, maintenance, and dispatch of equipment and/or bulk material.
