IOV Acquires Two Storage Yards in the Inland Empire

Industrial Outdoor Ventures (IOV), the first national real estate investment company focused exclusively on the acquisition, development and re-development of Industrial Service Facilities (ISF’s), has added an equipment facility that features a ±9,000 SF shop building located at 1512 S. Bon View Ave. in Ontario, CA and a storage yard that features a 4,244 square-foot office located at 8616 Cherry Ave. in Fontana, CA.

Zoned IG (General Industrial), 1512 S, Bon View Ave. is a 1.9-acre equipment maintenance facility that features a ±9,000 SF shop building with two drive through service bays and a paved storage yard. The site is fully secured with a block wall, fencing and screening. The site offers convenient access to the state’s supply chain network and quick access to I-10 and I-15 as well as Ontario International Airport.

The property is fully leased to IMC Companies’ West Coast branch, Pacific Drayage Services (PDS).

Pacific Drayage Services, is part of IMC Companies national network of intermodal logistics businesses providing an array of services including container drayage, truck brokerage, warehousing, expedited services, chassis provisioning and secured container storage.
